My delicious bead soup

I was going to show a few pics of my bead soup from Sue, which I recieved yesterday, but to make a long story short I've only got one pic ready right now. So I'll get back to it tomorrow instead when I've got some more time to edit the other photos and write some more about what I got in my lovely soup and how I'm thinking about using it (no definite ideas yet). As I have one pic to show, though, I'll do that already today. Looks fab, don't you think? (And, look, a dragon!)

  1. That's a very interesting lot there...the dragon is intriguing...can't wait to see how you will use him...that would challenge me, that's for sure.

  2. Oh cool, you can mix metals! Unless..... you make two things!

  3. Yes, I think I'll be making to things, using the shell component as focal in one and that lovely clasp as a focal in the other.

The dragon is more of an extra, not part of the soup, but I have thought about incorporating it in a piece of jewellery, actually. Will be focusing on doing something with the soup first, though, and then we'll se what happens to... [ack! he has no name: I have to name him!]
